How can a oceanic housing unit look like

What we know for sure is, that the next step to ocean colonization will be a logical evolutionary step - that is based on what is available right now - and take it a "bit further" from there.

So when we look for a oceanic housing unit we have to look at waterbased housing that is available right now.

Several canditates come to mind.

Yachts, Houseboats, Housing on industrial oil platforms, Cruiseships, Underwater Habitats...
