Developing emotional intelligence

Emotional Intelligence is on the popular concepts of our time. It refers to our ability to interpret and manage our emotions and choose the appropriate response accordingly.

 

Emotional intelligence is the product of emotional intelligence, the ability to harness emotions and problem-solving skills. Get out of your comfort zone; this will allow you to face new emotions of discomfort and unease. Every time you experience you feeling, accept it and guide yourself through it. Such situations make you ready for new, unexpected, challenging tasks. It will expand your focus and emotional capabilities.
