Set Up Office 365:

If you haven't already, sign up for an Office 365 subscription.
Create user accounts in Office 365 for all users who need to migrate their IMAP data.
Prepare Your IMAP Account:

Access your IMAP email account settings, and make note of the server address, port numbers, and other necessary information.
Start the Migration:

Log in to your Office 365 admin center.
