Fire Tablet - Live App Testing in Freetime Profile

I am wanting to test an app I'm developing in a Freetime profile. The first thing I did was submit the app for Live App Testing. Next, I installed the app on the main profile. This worked fine. Then I shared the app to the Freetime profile. Finally, in the Freetime profile, I tried to download the app, and it failed.

Error: Please try again or contact Amazon Customer Service.

I tried several times, restarted the tablet twice. Other games download fine in the Freetime profile.
