Install Zimbra Desktop:

Download and install Zimbra Desktop on your computer. You can find the installer on the Zimbra website.
Open Zimbra Desktop:
Launch Zimbra Desktop on your computer.

Configure Zimbra Account:
If you don't have a Zimbra account configured in Zimbra Desktop, you may need to set up an account. Follow the on-screen instructions to configure your Zimbra account.

Access Import/Export Tool:
In Zimbra Desktop, go to "Preferences" > "Import/Export."

Select Import Type:
Choose "Import a PST file" from the options.

Browse and Select PST File:
Click on "Browse" to locate and select your Outlook PST file.

Choose Zimbra Folder:
Specify the Zimbra folder where you want to import the data. You can choose an existing folder or create a new one.

Start the Import:
Click "Start" or "Import" to begin the import process.

Wait for Completion:
The import process may take some time depending on the size of your PST file. Allow it to complete.

Verify Imported Data:
Once the import is finished, go to your Zimbra account and verify that the data from the PST file has been successfully imported.
