Air conditioner in a boat

I have attached a photo of a 12V/24V air conditioner that can be installed on a van or truck.
Are they suitable for installation in a boat?

Without a doubt, someone did it. Maybe they'll step in.
At first glance, there are two problems: 1) Salt water; highly corrosive. 2) Efficiency; air source compared to water source. Then there is the problem of finding a suitable place to install both components.

My friend has the same air conditioners, and he is delighted with them. It has always been a tricky topic since all the air conditioners broke down a couple of months after purchase. For me, it was simply unbearable since I had to call the masters every time and give money for repairing the equipment that was not supposed to break down in the coming years. Well, at least in my city, you can call the guys from https://hot2coldairconditioning.com/air-conditioning-repair-holiday-fl / that do everything quickly at reasonably low prices. I hate these air conditioners and their manufacturers who make them so bad that they break down after a month
