Is walking useful for fat burning?

I read that 150 minutes of walking a week has a very beneficial effect on health. The only problem that I constantly train outdoors is that the weather does not always allow for a decent workout, so I have a treadmill, a ski simulator and an indoor simulator for my bike in the cold months, rain or 100-degree heat. Otherwise I'll be outside on my racing bike.

Of course, but you will have to go very quickly and for a very long time.

If I were you, I would buy steroids and start active running. I think together with the help of the drug you can get results even after 5 months of active running in the mornings and evenings.

Any physical activity is good for burning calories. Of course, you won't lose 100 pounds in a week if you take a slow walk in the park every night. For this, people plan their diets and incorporate exercise or walking into their weight loss plan. The best thing to do is get up to 10,000 steps in a day. Walking is really effective, you know. If such long walks are not for you, buy a fat burner like PhenQ and go for a walk for just two hours. Then the fat burning will take place at a more percussive pace.
