We have moved from forms to the voice of the client. Forms pro used to be an application in the Office 365 menu. For a while, the forms pro elements were still displayed in the forms, and when you clicked on them, you went to the client's voice. The client's voice is not available in the Application switch menu, as well as in the Office 365 menu. How should I direct my users to access this as they would access any of the other O365/Dynamics apps?
There's still a Forms Pro app in my MS 365 menu. Strangely, you lost sight of him while working. You may have unchecked Customer Voice at some point and then lost your app. I had this, and I asked a friend to help me get the app back to its previous appearance. I highlighted the Forms Pro, and it appeared on the app board. Be sure that this feature will not disappear from MS Office 365. Just don't lose it.
