Problems wood pellet delivery!

Delivery of a full pallet of wood pellets seems simply impossible. A full pallet is enough for me for about 4-5 months, I just ordered a pallet, and I was told that, unfortunately, we can no longer offer vehicles for the delivery of 7.5 tons of pallets weighing 975 kg if you do not have a forklift. This is due to the ban on pallets weighing more than 750 kg from RHA.
we don't have a forklift and we are a farm without any close neighbors, they only give a rough idea of the delivery time on the DAY of delivery only, so it's impossible to get anyone here with a forklift to hang out for hours.
this time they agreed to open the pallet and 3 of us will load into the trailer on the hotel grounds. They say that an 18-ton truck with a hinged seat cannot pass through our lanes, so it must use a 7.5-ton vehicle.
I wonder if this means that wood pellets are now impossible for us?
They don't sell them from any local feed merchants, so they can't order on the spot.
does anyone else have a problem?

I also had a problem with the delivery of pallets in the quantity I needed, until I found out about the company Kronus kronus.eu. This is a reliable manufacturer of wooden pallets, which are always in stock, so there are no problems with delivery. My order was delivered quite quickly and in the quantity I needed, and I was satisfied with the quality and service.
