I'm looking for some tips on compact tractors. We recently bought a property located on 4 acres of paddock/forest. I would really like to have a universal small tractor that could be used for many purposes, such as Trim the paddock Attachments for front loader/forks Attachment device for excavator It should be small enough to mow the lawn without damaging the grass, but I would also like it to be able to lift bulky bags weighing no more than 1 ton. Is there such a thing, or am I asking too much from one machine? Probably, we are talking about a budget of 15 thousand pounds for something second-hand. I've been looking at Kubota and Iseki materials on the internet, but there seems to be a lot of choice there, and I'd like to be a little more informed before I go and look at the material. Do you have any thoughts, does anyone have anything that they use for similar purposes?
Need some advice! My wife and I have a small farm. We have little experience in agriculture. Recently we decided to expand it and even searched for land for purchase. However, we faced the issue with financial calculations. Additional expenses such as buying equipment and hiring an assistant are inevitable. I've been looking for options on the Internet for a long time, but I'm still not sure about the right choice of machinery. Has anyone heard of Farmtrac tractors? Is it possible to find any budget and compact machine from their range? What other equipment might be useful for farming?
