How do you feel about meditation and similar practices? It seems to me that now this is more relevant than ever for many, and of course it is worth introducing such practices into your life if possible. You can meditate anytime and anywhere, and for convenience, you can download White Noise and turn on the appropriate sounds for meditation through the application.
