Knee pain

My knee hurts a little. Currently, Shimano E8000 cranks with a diameter of 165 mm are used. Is anyone familiar with a set of spare parts compatible with the E8000 with a diameter of 155 mm?
As for the answers, "See a doctor" has already been done. They did an MRI, everything is fine. There is some kind of muscle training going on, possibly related to flexibility. The pain is on the outer right side of the right knee, with a strange internal pain that occurs after a while, it almost seems that the knee is "fixed" - very sharp pain, fast, occurs only when moving up at the top of the rotation and is not a function of tension - in fact, it happens more often during rotation and it happens even if I just leave my right foot on the pedal, using only my left foot to control.
Anyway, I'm going to see if reducing my maximum flexion will help. I know the E8000 handles have a diameter of 160mm, but I thought I'd try 155mm to see what it looks like. Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

How tall are you? And what is your inner seam? Do you use clamps or flat ones?

The thread’s old, but I’d like to know how is the OP doing? Do your knees still hurt?  I am really interested because I’ve been having a slightly similar problem with my joints. I can feel a little pain every time I move them. It’s not much, but still. The doctors did not really help too. The last one of them advised me to visit an osteopath at adriameduae.com. I will try this too, but still not sure about the result. Maybe it’s something connected to the nervous system?  I also tried y to change the shoes I wear to more comfortable ones. I usually wear oxfords, but now I wear only sneakers. It helps to relieve the pain but not to cure it.
