But maybe someone will still be able to tell me how things are in Georgia with real estate.

Nobody answers? Agreed, this place is pretty dead now. But maybe someone will still be able to tell me how things are going in Georgia regarding real estate. I want to know how to build a house there. The main thing that interests me is whether the tax laws are tough there or not. I would like to build a nice small house in the Georgian countryside and live there with my girlfriend, away from the city fuss and noise.
What do you think about the idea? Is there a better state to build a house? I would be grateful for any suggestions!
