When does the housing insurance claim finally close?

I hope everyone enjoys a long weekend. I will be very grateful for help in this matter: when does the claim close?
According to the insurance claim for subsidence of the soil. This is a template of the fact that I am requesting:
a) The exterior brickwork repairs performed by the first insurance contractors went badly. There are still problems with the second set of repairs that were carried out by the second contractor. It was received by the Financial Ombudsman Service. The homeowner and the Insurer make a court decision: additional corrective repairs are required.
b) For several reasons, the homeowner has lost confidence in the second insurance contractors, and he does not want them to come back and do this last third repair.
c) Thus, the homeowner chooses another option to use his own builder to complete the renovation. The homeowner also agreed to take the risk that his own Builder would handle it better, and the homeowner also agreed not to contact the Insurance Company if something went wrong with the work of the Builder he chose.

When does an Insurance company close a claim through Claim Handlers? Is the claim closed only after the homeowner's developer has completed the last renovation?

Claims are generally closed when all expected payments have been made and it is deemed appropriate to release any outstanding reserves for the claim.

Insurance of a private residential house is a set of services, the final cost of which depends on many parameters relating to the object of real estate. The main role is played by the geographical location of the building. It has a great impact on the risks and the number of insurance premiums after the contract with the insurance company. I think you personally need to do a little research on what risks exist in your area. Depending on that, ensure the house and its parts against the most frequent accidents. You can go to townhome association insurance for more information.
