Enable IMAP in Gmail:
Log in to your Gmail account.
Go to Settings > See all settings > Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
Enable IMAP and save changes.

Configure Gmail Account in Outlook:
Open Outlook and add your Gmail account using the IMAP protocol.
Once configured, allow time for the emails to sync.

Move Emails:
In Outlook, create a new folder.
Drag and drop or move emails from your Outlook folders to the newly created folder. This action will sync the emails to Gmail.

Move Contacts and Calendar:
Export your contacts and calendar events from Outlook to CSV files.
Import the CSV files into Gmail by going to Contacts and Calendar, respectively.
