For quickly and easily exporting outlook emails from PST files users must try the tool called eSoftTools Outlook Recovery Software. Open Outlook and sign in to the account containing the emails you want to export.
Click the File tab in the top menu bar.
Select Open & Export from the dropdown menu.
Choose Export to a File and click Next.
Select Outlook Data File (.pst) from the list of file types and click Next.
Choose the folder containing the emails you want to export. You can select the entire mailbox or specific folders within the mailbox. Click Next.
Decide whether to replace existing files or allow duplicates in the destination PST file. If you're unsure, it's generally safe to choose "Allow duplicates" to avoid overwriting any existing emails.
Click Next to proceed to the next step.
Enter a name for the PST file and click Browse to choose a location to save it. Click OK once you've chosen a location.
Click Finish to start the export process. This may take some time depending on the size of your mailbox.
