Open Outlook:
Launch Microsoft Outlook and sign in to your email account.

Select the Email:
Open the email from which you want to extract attachments.

Open Attachment Manager:
Click on the "File" tab at the top left.
Select "Save As" and choose a location to save the email.
Click on the "Save As" dialog box's drop-down arrow and select "Save Attachments."

Choose Attachment Location:
Specify the folder where you want to save the attachments.
Click "OK" to save the attachments to the selected location.
