What is a cross charged mortgage

I've been trying to find out what it is, but I can't find anything that would give clarity.

If it is possible to ask here, I would appreciate any answers.

Are you sure that you want to take this mortgage? I am no expert, but I have always tried to avoid any mortgages and loans. They make you a financial slave to the bank.
However, if you really need to take one, I suggest having a good financial advisor like Mortgage Advisor Birmingham. These people know the market well and will be able to tell you what to do and what not. Speaking from my experience, they are worth hiring because you will save much more money with their help than pay them. I consider it to be a profitable investment in the future.
