The problem with the air conditioner is hot air idling

My daughter has a 2012 Hyundai Elantra, and we are experiencing problems with hot air at idle and low revs.
Works like a champ when the engine is cold and idling or above 38 mph. The Hyundai dealer installed a new fan assembly to fix the problem, but he's still doing it.
Could this be caused by a malfunction of the HVAC pressure sensor? Also, why is the cooling fan a <pusher>? It doesn't make any sense to me.
I claim that this only complicates the operation of the air conditioner at idle. Do you have any ideas?

Looks like you might need a help of a specialist here. These AC systems might be a real pain in the ass when it comes to repairing them since you will probably be unable to do it yourself. You can look for the best HVAC schools by state and ask guys from there to come and help. They have all the necessary knowledge and will repair the AC for much less money than professionals from an auto repair shop. This is my advice in such a situation, which has always worked for me. Unless you need a warranty, your car will be fine. It can be given only by an auto repair shop.
