Here are the general steps to perform this conversion manually:

Install and Configure Lotus Notes:

Ensure you have Lotus Notes installed on your computer.
Configure your Lotus Notes email account, if it's not already set up.
Export NSF Data to CSV:

Open Lotus Notes.
Click on "File" > "Export."
Choose a location to save the export file and select "Structured Text" or "Comma Separated Value" as the export format.
Select the data you want to export (e.g., emails, contacts, calendar entries).
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the export, and save the data in CSV format.
Install and Configure Outlook:

If you haven't already, install Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
Configure your Outlook email account or create a new one if needed.
Import CSV Data to Outlook:

Open Outlook.
Click on "File" > "Open & Export" > "Import/Export."
Choose "Import from another program or file" and click "Next."
Select "Comma Separated Values" as the file type and click "Next."
Browse to the CSV file you exported from Lotus Notes.
Choose an Outlook folder to import the data into (e.g., Inbox, Contacts, Calendar).
Follow the prompts to map the fields in the CSV file to Outlook fields and complete the import.
Verify Data:

After the import is complete, review your Outlook folders to ensure that all data from Lotus Notes has been successfully transferred.
Create a PST File (Optional):

If you want to save the data in a PST file, you can create a new PST file in Outlook and move the imported data into it.

Greetings,
Peter
