I'm curious to know how you guys promote your practices and how you evaluate successful outreach.

I saw one group put a big advertisement in the newspaper - one patient brought me a clipping about a Vertiflex they were advertising.

1-2 times a year, our orthopedic group will bring lunch to our attending physicians

We have ads on Facebook, an online feedback service, and ads in a kiosk in the food court of the shopping center.

My band relies on word of mouth. We have a company on Facebook that publishes articles and, I think, does advertising.

Marketing is not our strong side; we mainly rely on word of mouth and hope that people talk well about us.
However, recently your boss decided to hire an experienced marketing agency like Belkins to attract more customers and they started a campaign in the media that’s supposed to bring us more customers. We haven’t seen the effects yet, but it’s predicted that soon we will have at least 30% more customers than before.
I really hope they manage to do their job well because we need more people and more significant income because of inflation.
