Download and Install the MBOX to PST Converter:
Download and install the "Mailvare Free MBOX to PST Converter" on your Windows computer. Please note that this tool converts MBOX to PST, and then you can import PST into Outlook for Mac.

Launch the Converter:
Open the MBOX to PST Converter application.

Add MBOX Files:
Click on "Add File" or "Add Folder" to add the MBOX files or the folder containing MBOX files that you want to convert.

Select PST as Output Format:
Choose "PST" as the output format. This is an intermediate step as Outlook for Mac doesn't directly support OLM file import. PST is a format that can be easily imported into Outlook for Mac.

Set Destination:
Choose a destination folder where you want to save the converted PST file.

Convert MBOX to PST:
Click on the "Convert" button to start the conversion process. The tool will convert MBOX files to PST format.

Import PST into Outlook for Mac:
Open Outlook for Mac.
Go to "File" > "Import" > "Outlook Data File."
Choose the converted PST file and click "Import."

Export to OLM in Outlook for Mac (Optional):
If necessary, you can now export the imported data to OLM format from Outlook for Mac.
