The role of the reducer

The function of the reducer is to transmit the torque and reduce the high speed of the motor to the speed required by each mechanism. The reducer installed on the crane is mostly a closed gear transmission, and the gear is installed in a sealed box, which has good lubricity and is not easy to be attacked by dust and various gases. The reducer used on the crane has been serialized. The hoisting mechanism of bridge crane mostly adopts JZQ series horizontal two-stage helical cylindrical gear reducer, and the trolley running mechanism uses ZSC series vertical reducer. Bridge cranes also use ZHQ series arc-shaped cylindrical gear reducers, and a few use advanced planetary gear reducers and cycloid planetary gear reducers. Due to the high efficiency and large transmission ratio of this reducer, it will be more and more widely used.
