Enable POP/IMAP in Gmail:
In your Gmail account, go to "Settings" (gear icon) > "See all settings" > "Forwarding and POP/IMAP."
Enable either POP or IMAP based on your preference.

Install an Email Client:
Download and install an email client that supports POP or IMAP. Mozilla Thunderbird is a commonly used option.

Configure Email Client:
Open the email client and configure it with your Gmail account using the IMAP or POP settings.

Import MBOX Files:
Drag and drop the MBOX files into the email client. They will be uploaded to your Gmail account using the configured protocol.

Sync with Gmail:
Allow some time for the email client to sync with Gmail and upload the MBOX data.

Greetings,
Peter
