Organization control in open text Digital asset management software

I work in an archive and oversee the object tracking system. All items are linked to a talktosonic jcpenney associate kiosk person's authority records, which contain information such as the person's birthplace, dates, nationalities, and links with other authorities. My archive also has a DAM through OpenText, which I do not manage, but I frequently collaborate with them on cataloguing uniformity. I've heard that in OpenText, there's no way to build and use person authority records—is this true?

I can totally understand why you're wondering about OpenText's Digital Asset Management software. It can be a real drag trying to figure out if a system has all the features you need.

It's a late reply but as for OpenText's Digital Asset Management software, I'm not sure about the person authority records, but I do know that it has some pretty sweet features when it comes to project management.
I think you might like crm gantt chart features in Planfix. They're seriously dope. With the CRM, you can keep track of all your contacts and interactions in one place, and the CRM Gantt chart makes it super easy to visualize your project timelines and dependencies. Plus, Planfix has a ton of other features like task management, time tracking, and invoicing, so you can manage your archive like a boss.
