If you're on a weight loss journey feel free to post here we can motivate each other!
My highest weight was 252 lbs I'm around 245 at the moment. It's slow because I struggle with binging problems. I'm desperate to make the change though, 20 is too young to have heart problems and I already have the start of this.
Glad to see you posting on here a lot! I'm attempting to exercise more, eat better, and as a result lose weight and manage my diabetes more effectively.
Thanks for sharing your journey. It takes a lot of courage to open up like that! I'm also trying to drop a few pounds and get healthier. I recently discovered Weight Loss Doctors, and I'm considering trying them. You can check out their website at medicalweightlosslehighvalley.com if you're interested. In the past, I found that drinking more water really helped me cut down on snacking. I also replaced sugary snacks with fresh fruits and veggies. Have any of you tried making green juice for breakfast? It's a game-changer! I used to eat until I was stuffed, but now I try to stop once I'm at a 4/10 or 6/10 fullness. It's a lot more satisfying that way, and the food tastes better too! Of course, I still give in to cravings from time to time.
