Rear window trim removal

Does anyone know a good way to remove the rear window trim without breaking it? It’s coming off on the edges and I’d like to remove it and refinish it. Trying not to break things since they are hard to find.

Thanks!

I used a flat head to remove mine. You are going to need new clips.

Removing the rear window trim without breaking it can be tricky, but here are a few tips to try. Use a trim removal tool or a flathead screwdriver wrapped in a cloth to gently pry it off. Start from the edges and work your way around slowly, applying even pressure. If it's stubborn, heating it with a hairdryer can help soften the adhesive. Just be patient and take your time to avoid any mishaps.By the way, while browsing online, I stumbled upon some cool in-car sun protection options for infants that could come in handy for anyone. It's all about keeping those little ones safe and comfortable during rides. If you're interested, check it out at snapshades.com
