Open Outlook:
Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer.

Go to the File Tab:
Click on the "File" tab in the Outlook ribbon.

Choose Cleanup Tools:
Select "Cleanup Tools" and then click on "Archive."

Select the Folder:
Choose the folder you want to archive and set a date in the "Archive items older than" field.

Choose Location:
Specify the location where you want to save the archived PST file.

Click OK:
Click the "OK" button to start the archiving process.
