Open Microsoft Outlook:
Ensure that you have Outlook installed on your system.

Create a New PST File:
Go to "File" > "New" > "Outlook Data File."
Choose "Office Outlook Personal Folders File (.pst)" and click "OK."
Provide a name and location for the new PST file and set a password if needed.

Import PST Files into the New PST:
Go to "File" > "Open & Export" > "Import/Export."
Select "Import from another program or file" and click "Next."
Choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click "Next."
Browse and select the PST file you want to import. You can repeat this step for each PST file you want to merge.
Select the option to import items into the same folder in the new PST file.
Choose the new PST file as the destination and click "Finish."

Repeat for Additional PST Files:
If you have more PST files to merge, repeat the import process for each file.

Remove Duplicate Items (Optional):
After merging, you might have duplicate items. Use Outlook's built-in features or third-party tools to identify and remove duplicates if needed.
