Open Outlook:
Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.

Go to File:
Click on the "File" tab in the upper left corner.

Go to Options:
Click on "Options" in the left sidebar.

Advanced:
In the Mail category, click on "Advanced."

AutoArchive Settings:
Click on "AutoArchive Settings."

Choose Folder:
Choose the folder you want to archive and set the criteria for archiving.

Specify Archive File Location:
Specify the location where you want to save the archived PST file.

Set Frequency:
Set the frequency for auto-archiving.

Finish:
Click "OK" to finish. This will create a new PST file with the archived items.
