Close Outlook:
Ensure that Microsoft Outlook is completely closed.

Locate Scanpst.exe:
The Inbox Repair Tool is typically located in the following directory, depending on your version of Outlook and Windows:
For Outlook 2019, Outlook 2016, and Outlook 2013 on Windows 10/8/7: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office
oot\Office16
For Outlook 2010 on Windows 10/8/7: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14

Run Scanpst.exe:
Double-click on Scanpst.exe to launch the Inbox Repair Tool.

Select PST File:
In the Inbox Repair Tool window, click on the "Browse" button and locate the PST file you want to repair. The default location for Outlook PST files is:
C:\Users\YourUsername\Documents\Outlook Files

Start the Repair Process:
Click on the "Start" button to begin the scanning and repair process.

Review Scan Results:
After the tool completes the scan, it will display a summary of the scan results. Review the information to identify any issues.

Repair the PST File:
Click on the "Repair" button to initiate the repair process. Note that the tool creates a backup of the original PST file before making any changes.
