I might be really blind and not find the button but where is it ? XD

No worries, it happens to the best of us! To change your config name in LoL, head to the "Collection" tab, select "Loadout," and then click on the config you want to rename. Just hover over the name, and you'll see an option to edit it. Give it a click, and you can change it to your heart's content! Also, you can find many features to win this game here. I hope that helps!
