Shipping large heavy items

I know a lot of guys have shipped meat so let's here how I can ship a tent I am selling. Total weight is about 80# and it is 48"x24"x16". Ideas?

Thanks for sharing this awesome tip about shipping large and heavy items! It's crazy how much you can save with commercial rates. I can't believe you shipped a backpack for $13 when others were quoting $65! That's a steal! And good to know about Pirateship—I'll have to check it out. Have you ever tried pallet delivery with them? Curious to know if they offer good rates for that too!
