I’m writing to submit a proposal for the mini-grant cycle that ends in December. The goal of my Gamble-Fi project, “Aurora Casino,” aims to combine the excitement of online gaming with state-of-the-art decentralized financial technology.

An overview of the project:

Aurora Casino is a decentralized Gamblefi platform on Aurora Chain.
With the security and transparency of blockchain technology combined with the thrilling world of online gaming, Aurora Casino is envisioned as a breakthrough platform. Our objective is to provide an engaging and easy-to-use interface for people looking for enjoyment in the realm of decentralized money.

Our GitHub is not open-sourced at this moment as we are still in development. However, we can open or invite key stakeholders to have a look.

State Of The Project:

Presently, Aurora Casino is undergoing the demo/testnet phase, a critical stage where we meticulously refine our game mechanics, smart contracts, and user interface.

Our dedicated team comprises skilled front-end developers and designers who are wholeheartedly devoted to ensuring the delivery of a gaming platform that is both seamless and secure.

Success so far in terms of community:

We are thrilled to see an overwhelming response from the gaming community during our testnet testing phase. Our Telegram channel has grown to over 23 active members buzzing with excitement. Players also provide valuable feedback, helping us improve the game experience and build a strong community.

A professional design studio will be hired with all grant funds if accepted. Improving the Aurora Casino platform’s User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) will be the main goal of this partnership. The project’s success depends on a well-designed UI/UX because it directly impacts user pleasure and engagement.

Design company Selection:

A reputable design company with extensive experience creating aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interfaces for gaming platforms has been identified. The chosen studio has prior experience working on blockchain projects and understands the unique requirements of projects in the decentralized financial and gaming industries.

Community Events

• Contests: Content contest about Aurora Casino on Twitter

• Three Online AMA with blockchain Hubs. Hubs will be contacted upon receiving funding.

• Onboard 200-300 users into Aurora Casino

• Award POAPs which will make players eligible for future airdrops

Project Schedule:

We hope to begin working with the design studio as soon as we receive the money. We are dedicated to completing the UI/UX upgrade project within the approximate timeframe of 3 weeks to 1 Month.

Project’s Roadmap Phases

PHASE 1: Idea, Research, and Roadmap Formulation

• Initiate and complete the project roadmap’s ideation, research, and formulation.
• Develop the Aurora Casino website to serve as the central hub for project information and updates.
• Launch community-building initiatives to create awareness and garner early support for the project.
• Conduct and successfully conclude the $CHASE token presale, paving the way for the official project launch.

PHASE 2: Aurora Casino Launch and Market Expansion

• Deploy the Aurora Casino Coinflip testnet on the Aurora testnet, ensuring a robust testing environment.
• Execute an Influencer Marketing Push to increase visibility and attract a larger audience to the project.
• Officially launch the Aurora Casino mainnet, introducing enhancements to the game UI for an improved user experience.
• Begin revenue distribution mechanisms as outlined in the whitepaper.
• Establish partnerships with other project communities on the Aurora Chain to expand the project’s reach and influence.

PHASE 3: Staking, NFTs, and Expansion

• Initiate the staking mechanism, allowing users to participate in the project’s governance and earn rewards.

• Introduce NFT raffles as a unique feature of Aurora Casino, enhancing user engagement and loyalty.

• Expand the game offerings within Aurora Casino, diversifying the platform’s entertainment options.

• Form a DAO council to involve the community in decision-making processes and ensure project sustainability.
