I am thinking of reaching out to some social media companies to handle our social media with a better presence, promotions, ect.
We are a small shop 4 employees and when we get busy our social media presence suffers (nothing gets done). We have been very fortunate to have been very busy since the first of the year and it looks like we will stay that way for several months.
With that said, I don't see us doing much on social media and that concerns me. Recently someone bought a print shop (offset printing) and are trying to push their way into doing garments using social media and constantly posting all over social media.
Several clients have mentioned this to us and ask why we are not doing the same ( I want to tell them we are too busy doing their orders to keep posting on social media).

Has anyone used a social media company to handle all their social media?
I'm old school and not a big social media person, but I'm smart enough to know that it is something we need to be doing on a constant basis.
Thoughts-ideas??
