Step 1 : Assemble the necessary paperwork

  • The company's PAN card.
  • Talk about the establishment's proof.
  • canceled the company's bank account check.
  • A sample signature from the partners or directors.
  • digital signature from the employer.
  • partnership agreement or certificate of incorporation.
  • list of employees, together with, if applicable, their Universal Account Number (UAN).

Step 2: Registering Online

  • Go to the EPFO Portal.
  • Select 'Establishment Registration' to create a new account.
  • Enter your email address and credentials to log in.
  • Complete the information in the  in the details.

Step 3. Obtain the PF Code

The system will produce a PF code number for your establishment after a successful submission.
We shall use this PF code for all transactions and correspondence with the EPFO.

To register for Employee State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF) in Gurgaon, you can connect with ESI and PF compliances with gather necessary documents such as an employer's registration certificate, address proof, employee list, PAN card, bank account details, digital signature, and rent or lease agreement.
