1. Place a Drop of Liquid: Place a drop ofliquid on the center of clean slides for microscope slide with a pipette.
2. Place the Specimen: lfthe specimen isn't in the liquid, place it into the drop slow it could be a tiny organism, a smal piece of tissue, olother microscopic material.
3. Put the cover slip; Hold the cover slio at a certain angle and gentlv put it on the drop. The cover slio spreads the liauid out evenlv.keeping the specimen fat and stable. Place one edae ofthe cover slio over the sample first then carefully move the cover slip into thecenter with a toothpick or equivalent, This will help reduce air bubbles.
4.Observe: Place the slide under microscope and begin observe.
