Do you use collegen peptides?

Just curious how many of you use the collegen peptides? I watch a lot of youtube videos on my downtime and I see quite a lot of people using it saying its good for your joints and also your skin/hair/nails.

If you use it.......
1- what brand do you prefer
2- do you actual see a difference in your joints/hair/nails/skin
3- how long after you started using it, did you notice a difference
4- any pros/cons?

I’ve been using collagen peptides for a while now, and I’ve definitely seen some benefits! Here’s my take:

I use Vital Proteins – it’s easy to mix and doesn't have a strong taste.
Yes, I’ve noticed a big difference in my skin. It feels plumper and more hydrated, and my nails seem stronger, too. I can't speak much to joints since I haven't had issues, but I’ve heard good things from others.
It took about 2-3 weeks for me to notice changes in my skin, and around a month for nails and hair to feel stronger.
Pros: My skin feels more radiant, and my nails have stopped breaking. Cons: It’s not a quick fix—takes time to see results.
Also, I’ve been using microneedling collagen treatments occasionally, which I think has amplified the benefits.
