I think you said they helped you with your dome forming set up.

Do you know if the Nemo 100 domes are pressed with a male plug?

>> Yes, od. Abt. 660 mm. My mould is for 610 mm (24”) od. Still have no oven;-(

Also they sent me a pdf 2 years ago with a diagram of a dome showing a very shallow flange.

Are they milling off most of the flange to eliminate the curve of the heel?

>> very material efficiënt as the material slides in. I always machine the flange completely as this will give the least stress at the seat surface.
