How will it be accessible to general public? The idea is fantastic. Not only because of the safety issue although that is paradigmatic but also because it is so brilliant, it looks cool and is eco-friendly. We know that there is a possibly of Earth being flooded in the not so distant future and while submarine idea is incredible it also seems focused on individuals and not society as a whole. It is a solution for groups of people, families (who can afford it) but not for people in greater masses. Is there a plan, a project or just a general idea of constructing something like zeppelins but for underwater purpose?
