Spring flowering bulbs are a portion of my most loved flowers to develop! They are planted in the fall before the ground freezes in cool environments, and in the late pre-winter/late-fall for most of us. Frequently these bulbs give the primary indications of life in the late-winter, and it's a truly necessary update that the flowers will indeed be sprouting after dreary winter.

I will be the first to concede that developing tulips in the South can be precarious.
