One of the first things you need is for your subject to be notable in order to get a Wikipedia page. If it is not, then you should build resources in order to make a wiki page for your subject. So, the first thing after you do that is to make an article, as suggested by top 10 Wikipedia page editors. Then, you will have to create a draft and start writing content for your page.
