Step 1: Convert PST to TGZ
Download and Install Zimbra PST Import Wizard:
Download and install the Zimbra PST Import Wizard on your computer.

Launch the Tool:
Open the Zimbra PST Import Wizard.

Add PST Files:
Click on "Add File(s)" or "Add Folder" to select the Outlook PST file(s) you want to convert.

Choose Output Format:
Select "TGZ" as the output format. Zimbra Desktop can import TGZ files.

Set Output Location:
Choose the destination folder where you want to save the converted TGZ files.

Start Conversion:
Click on the "Convert" or "Start" button to initiate the conversion process.

Locate Converted TGZ Files:
Once the conversion is complete, go to the specified output folder to find the TGZ files.

Step 2: Import TGZ Files into Zimbra Desktop
Open Zimbra Desktop:
Launch Zimbra Desktop on your computer.

Go to Preferences:
Click on "Preferences" in the top-right corner of the Zimbra Desktop window.

Select Import/Export:
In the Preferences window, select "Import/Export."

Choose Import Type:
Choose "Import" and select the type of data you want to import (e.g., Contacts, Calendar, Email).

Browse for TGZ Files:
Click on "Browse" to locate and select the TGZ files you converted in Step 1.

Start Import:
Click on "Next" and then "Finish" to start the import process.

Verify Imported Data:
After the import is complete, verify that your Outlook data has been successfully imported into Zimbra Desktop.
