Install Mozilla Thunderbird if you don't have it already.
In Outlook, export the desired emails or folders to a format like EML.
Open Thunderbird and navigate to "Tools" > "Import".
Choose "Mail" and then "File".
Select the exported EML files and click "Open" to import them.
Right-click the imported folder and choose "Export" > "Email Messages".
Select "MBOX Files (*.eml)" as the file format and specify the output location.
Start the export process to convert the EML files to MBOX format.
