1. Visit the Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool

2. To troubleshoot your device:

3. Make sure you have the device you're troubleshooting.

4. You may need to sign in to your myAT&T account.

5. Visit att.com/devicetroubleshoot.

6. If the device you're troubleshooting isn't presented, select Change and choose the correct device.

7. Select a Service-Related or Device-Related Issue from the list.

8. Follow the steps to address your particular issue.
