Sushi bars, such as ramen shops, have become ubiquitous, and the news of the opening of a new sushi bar in most cases is greeted with a yawn rather than excitement. But for Sushi Kaneyoshi, after reading how they wanted to introduce Edomae sushi Restaurant, as well as a strict but beautiful sushi bar built from scratch, and sincere inviting words on their website that set it apart from most of the news about the opening of the sushi bar and attracted our attention.


Tachiuo - Beltfish - Tempura + Caviar
Perfectly fried, light, crisp, airy, the Tachiuo was tender and moist, and the caviar added the right amount of salt to balance the bite.

What do you think about it?

Yeah, this place is fantastic. I'm not really a sushi fan as I don't like eating fish at all but this time my friends convinced me to come with them. And I'm glad that I did. I really enjoyed Shunji and Shin Sushi there. I agree they're the most delicious and unique there. That meal with tachiuo and caviar is also great, perfectly made. I learned about that meal at pearlsofcaviar before eating it. Wanna try making it home but the ingredients are a lil expensive. But this month it's gonna be a high salary for me...I'm gonna try and probably post about it on the forum.
