Best Gambling Games for a 3 round, 7-8 man guys golf trip?

Hey guys, so we've been holding an invitation tournament for about 18 years with the same 7-8 guys - with about the same handicap plus or minus. We are raffling off player fees and paying the 2-3 best players in the live gross tournament, we also have a daily game with skins, but this year we would like to include something more interesting so that guys who are not playing in good shape can do more than just donate. I've never understood how Calcutta works, but I know it's related to something like an auction/bidding.

What would everyone advise us to try with 7-8 guys playing in a 54-hole tournament to give even a guy finishing the DFL a chance to leave with some dignity.

If you respect this guy as an opponent, you don't need to give in to him but arrange a good and interesting game for him.

I agree with the comment above. For a person who appreciates the game, there is nothing more memorable than the party that closes the game season. I used to play golf quite often. When it came to money, I always won because the awareness of winning gave me energy.  But over time, I also left because values changed, and I realized that I could earn free crypto and more money to support my girlfriend and future family. I also advise you not to forget yourself for a long time in this period.  Adult life is just around the corner, and you will have to devote more time to work and less to your hobbies.
