Garbage disposal humming but not working

I went to turn on the disposal, and all it does is buzz. I can turn
the flywheel with both a hex wrench and a broom so that it doesn't get stuck. I
also tried pressing the reset button, but it didn't work. My theory is that reset, but doesn't work? I replaced one of them in our previous house, so I don't mind it, but I wanted to check here first.
Any ideas or similar experiences?

Can you add some photos or videos of exactly what it looks like? I could help you, but I need a little more information about what exactly happened there. It's best to write to me and send photos of what happened, I have a lot of experience fixing such things, and I will be able to tell you what you need to do
