You've heard that in a new condominium project cancelled, everyone gets their deposit back, but what about those who bought a concession on the cancelled project, they lose any profit, right? The media does not talk about this, perhaps some of these canceled projects are designed to shake out speculators.
Is buying and selling apartments for their intended purpose easy money over the past 10 years? Fees, contracts, commissions, etc. It is possible that the buyer will delay the payment of profits until closing in case of cancellation of the project. Can the destination be added to the purchase of a new project by the original buyer, what percentage of builders allows.

It feels very odd when we pay huge amounts of money and do not get the product quality we expected. It happens mostly when we use online services.
