RV Park ownership?

I was evaluating the possibility of moving to work, and one of the things I was considering was living in a van, since the job involved another possible move within 2-3 years. Looking around the neighborhood, I noticed that there wasn't a single van parked nearby, and it occurred to me that there might be business opportunities there.

Has anyone owned/operated a fleet of vans before? Would anyone recommend this? Not even talking about planning, just thinking about nuts and bolts and whether it will be the same nightmare as managing a fleet of motorhomes.

I have had experience in using RV, but it was quite a long time ago. If I'm not mistaken, it was a gulf coast rv park which I found by chance on one of the forums. One of the users was very complimentary about this vehicle, and it became a very interesting object for me. So I tried to find a more comfortable option which was the gulf coast rv park.
